I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable with a comfortable bed, water, and fruits provided. The outdoor seating was a nice touch, although being near the train tracks meant some early morning train noise, which may bother light sleepers. The service was exceptional, especially during a rail strike when the staff went above and beyond to ensure our extended stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, convenient to shops and right at the train station entrance, offering a secure and beautiful setting with stunning views of the Andes in the distance. The dining experience was pleasant, with a Peruvian-style breakfast and made-to-order options.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room to a superior garden level room was just lovely, spacious, clean, and with a comfortable bed, water, and fruits. The tranquility of the room was a big plus, undisturbed by any train sounds, making for a peaceful stay. However, the price could be considered slightly high for the amenities offered.
